Religious Doctrine and Origin of The Six Perceptions of Love™
This work is not intended to treat, cure, or diagnose any condition. It is a framework — a
roadmap — for excavating your own truth. A prerequisite to engaging with the Six Perceptions is
understanding that books, courses, and information are tools — not the truth itself.
The only ultimate truth is you.
Not what you read.
Not what you were taught.
Not what you believe.
Not even what you create.
But you.
The Six Perceptions is the map I’ve used to locate myself during the most confusing, painful, or
transformative moments of my life. It helps me determine where I am, where I’ve been, and
where I’m headed — not just emotionally, but spiritually, relationally, and energetically. It has
given me permission to relax into the present moment and trust the unfolding.
It’s my instruction manual for sovereignty — for freedom, community, compassion, trust,
authenticity, storytelling — and most importantly: AI-proof creations.
Now, let’s talk about that for a second. AI is changing everything. It brings both opportunity and
overwhelm. But here’s the truth: AI cannot replicate your inner truth. It cannot become you. And
that’s the key. The Six Perceptions teaches you how to access the part of you that is unreplicable
— your truth — and use that as your foundation. That’s what makes you recession-proof, too.
There are six phases — and within each phase, there’s a perception. Think of it like a house with
different rooms. The phase is the house, and the perception is the window you’re looking
through. Each window offers a different lens.
1. The Dependent Phase
2. The Beta Phase
3. The Omega Phase
4. The Alpha Phase
5. The Guru Phase
6. The Provider Phase
There’s a perception associated with each respective phase:
1. I depend on love.
2. I give love.
3. I am love.
4. I am loved.
5. I express love.
6. I provide love.
But you can swap out the word “love” with anything you’re currently working through —
whether that’s education, relationships, mental health, or your career. The structure of the Six
Perceptions remains the same.
The foundation of every phase is built upon agreements. Everything in our life begins and ends
with agreement — whether we consent to it consciously or not. These agreements follow natural
laws and patterns — just like seasons, tides, and gravity. They are observable. Trackable. Real.
Imagine three U shapes stacked within each other. The outer ‘U’ (Phases 1 & 6) is the largest,
and the inner ‘U' (Phases 3 & 4) is the smallest, with a medium ‘U’ in between. Phases One,
Two, and Three are the left side of the ‘U’ and Phases Four, Five, and Six are the right side of the
‘U’, which means:
Phase 1 and Phase 6 are connected.
Phase 2 and Phase 5 are connected.
Phase 3 and Phase 4 are connected.
Energy flows from Phases 1, 2, and 3 into Phases 4, 5, and 6 — like a current.
Now imagine a line down the center of all three ‘U’s which represents a mirror, dividing the left
from the right.
1–2–3 is the realm of seeking.
4–5–6 is the realm of serving.
Phase One is about dependency. It’s a connection-based relationship — like infant and mother,
patient and doctor, audience and orchestra. The provider offers everything. The dependent’s only
job is to connect.
When you’re in the seeking phase, you’re often exploring multiple potential providers. You’re
looking for resonance, trust, and truth. “Are you my mother?” becomes a metaphor for seeking
the right medicine, mentor, or message.
By Phase Two, you’re seeking expansion through learning. You’re trying out new belief systems,
studying, going to university, leaving old religions — searching for something that clicks.
Teachers begin to emerge here, serving communities. You’ll know them by their resonance.
Then we cross a threshold.
Phase Three is the Beta/Omega threshold — where independence is born. You start to question
everything. You seek the truth, not just from others, but from within. It can be an isolating phase.
But it’s also the most creative, because you begin to see truth through your own hands —
through your music, your writing, your art, your healing work.
You realize that when you create, you’re not just expressing — you’re revealing yourself. Truth
is you.
And as we move into Phase Four, that truth becomes something you serve. You no longer seek
validation — you serve your resonance. Your expression becomes your medicine. And you begin
to see others with new eyes — with compassion. Because you remember what it was like to be
stuck in the earlier phases.
That’s the gift of perception.
And this — this shift — is what helped me write this book. It’s what allows me to stand in my
truth now. I’ve seen through the mirror. I’ve stood on both sides of the glass. And now I’m here
to share that depth with you.
Welcome to The Six Perceptions.
